We want you to love your Adornmonde jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
